Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, with all tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
